Questions and Answers

What Would You Like to Know?

Why don't you explain the method and execution of individual exercises?

These are only ballet trainings - the sequence of elements in a row is intended for dancers who already have a basic ballet education. If you do not know how the individual exercises are performed technically, I recommend the tutorial video is on Youtube, there is a lot of it. If you would like some tutorial videos from us and there is great interest in them, we will definitely shoot them.

What after completing the whole course?

It's great that you managed it, we are proud of you. As the saying goes - repetition is the mother of wisdom - you can repeat the whole course. If this is not enough for you, I recommend doubling the dose of individual exercises. This will improve the technique, get in great condition and strengthen the muscles. If you started as a beginner, you can go to the next level - advanced or as a professional.

Can I jump between courses? Beginners - Professionals

We definitely do not recommend this. Ballet is a demanding discipline that we have been studying in schools for many years and then we improve in theater. We crammed all this hard work into three groups - beginners, advanced and professionals. It takes time for you to master the basic elements and create a movement memory before continuing with the next course. Repetition is especially important for beginners. If you do not have sufficiently prepared muscles, tendons and strengthened joints, the correct technique of performing exercises is lost and this can lead to injuries.
